Windows Phone 7.5 from Nokia finally makes its debut in Malaysia

The highly anticipated Nokia Lumia phones based on the Microsoft’s Windows Phone 7.5 aka Mango has finally made its debut here in Malaysia. The Nokia Lumia 800 as well as the colorful and fun Nokia Lumia 710 will be available through Nokia’s branded stores and partner retail outlets from 10 February 2012. The launch took place yesterday in Pavilion KL and with any product launch there was a special gift for early birds. The first 100 managed to walk away with Nokia Purity HD Stereo Headset by Monster, Microsoft Arc mouse and a few other freebies. Can you believe that the first guy in line was there since 6am ?!? Yes I kid you not, these are some die hard Nokia fans. There was also a flash mob and people riding in on colourful scooters. It was definitely a party and those that were there certainly enjoyed the entertainment especially those waiting in line.
